On Thursday, November 8, 2018, at 9:30 a.m., our school will honor the men and women who have sacrificed so much of themselves for our country and our freedom, the United States Veterans. We have extended an invitation to veterans and their families within our school community to join us for a assembly and reception. Please join us to honor our guests and to also teach the importance of this special day.
Staff, Students, Parents and our community are encouraged to email photos of Veterans that have impacted their lives. The images will be used in our slideshow presentation. During the assembly the Cedar Wood students, as well as teachers and guests together, will be singing Bless Our Troops by Teresa Jennings.
