Holiday Gift Card + Toy Drive
December 4 + 5 , 8:45-9:15am + 3:15-3:45pm
Please help support Cedar Wood families this holiday season by donating to our holiday gift card + toy drive! PTA volunteers will be in front of the school office to collect donations. We will be collecting:
- New gift cards in small amounts ($10–$20). Think Amazon, Target, Fred Meyer, Kohls…anywhere that sells toys and gifts for kids)
- New, unopened, unwrapped Toys and Gifts

Holidays Around The World: Multilingual Story Time
December 12, 7 - 8:30 pm
Join us in the Cafeteria for some holiday fun! Wear your cozy pajamas, enjoy cookies and cocoa, and listen to stories about winter holidays from around the world. We’ll have some crafts and activities too!
We are looking for parents who would like to read a short story and/or create a display about a winter holiday that you and your family celebrate.
We would love for you to read in your native language! Some holidays we are hoping to include are Bodhi Day, Christmas (in the United States and other countries), Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Lunar New Year, Three Kings Day, and the Winter Solstice. If there is another holiday your family celebrates that we haven’t listed, we would love to add it as well!

Holiday Cookie Exchange

Cedar Wood PTA is excited to host a Holiday Cookie Exchange for the Cedar Wood Teachers and Staff. Our goal is to shower them with treats. We are looking for your support to make this event a success!
Please sign up to bring you favorite holiday treat to share with the Cedar Wood Teachers and Staff. Donations may be dropped off before school on Thursday, December 19th between 8:45am and 9:15am in front of the school office. Skate Party!
January 13, 6-8pm
LYNNWOOD BOWL & SKATE
6210 200TH ST. SW, LYNNWOOD, WA 98036
Lace up your (rental) skates and hang out with your Cedar Wood friends and classmates at our school skate party—and support the Cedar Wood PTA too! Admission is $12 per skater and includes quads or inline skates. 10% of every admission is donated back to the school!
Parents are asked to stay and encouraged to participate—no drop-offs allowed. Not a skater? You can bowl or play in the arcade too!
