Family Game Night & Book Fair
Friday, March 27th 2026, 6:00 -8:00PM
Join Cedar Wood families for a fun and exciting evening together!
Enjoy a variety of board games that the whole family can play. We will have many different games available for everyone to try, and you are also welcome to bring your own favorite game to share with friends.
Parents will help teach games from around the world, and there will also be a chess tournament for those who want to participate.
Families can play games in the cafeteria and visit the Book Fair in the library, which will stay open until 8:30 PM.
Come spend a wonderful evening playing games, discovering new books, and making great family memories!

Let’s fill Cedar Wood Staff with warmth, kindness, and homemade soup!
We’re excited to launch a new initiative to nourish our amazing Cedar Wood staff with comforting, home-cooked soups prepared by our wonderful community. You may contribute just once or sign up for a monthly slot to keep the warmth coming all year long!

Bowls and spoons will be provided in the staff lounge.
🥕 SOUP CATEGORIES & GUIDELINES
To help keep our staff safe and informed, please follow these guidelines:
Label soups clearly (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, contains nuts, etc.)
Prevent cross-contamination
Use separate ladles, utensils, and preparation surfaces if needed.Keep toppings separate
(cheese, sour cream, croutons, herbs, etc.)Include a notecard listing all ingredients in your soup.

ANNUAL STAFF APPRECIATION
HOLIDAY COOKIE EXCHANGE

Help us provide our Cedar Wood staff with a sweet holiday treat!
We’re hosting our Annual Staff Appreciation Holiday Cookie Exchange, and we’d love your help in supplying plenty of cookies, either store-bought or homemade.
Cookie Drop-Off:
Wednesday, 12/17, 8:45–9:10 AM, in front of the school
Please bring cookies in easy-to-transport containers such as Ziploc bags or disposable aluminum pans.

Join us for a special evening celebrating our talented Cedarwood PTA Reflections students! Student artwork will be on display, and this is when we’ll announce which pieces will advance to the Washington State level of the competition.
All are welcome, so feel free to invite friends and family who would like to celebrate your student’s accomplishments.
