Multicultural Fall Festival + Book Fair
Wednesday, October 23rd
Book Fair + Food Trucks: 5:00 – 8:00 PM
Fall Festival: 5:30 – 7:30 PM
Join us in the Cedar Wood bus parking lot for trunk-or-treating, crafts, games, and more! Celebrate fall holidays including Chuseok, Oktoberfest, Diwali, Dia de los Muertos, Mid-Autumn festival, and Halloween. Shop the Book Fair in the library and get dinner and snacks from the food trucks in front of the school.
It takes volunteers and donations of all types to make our Fall Festival a success, if you have time or resources to spare, please consider volunteering or donating to support the upcoming family fun event! Sign Up Today
Fall Book Fair 2024
October 23 - 25
Book Fair runs during the Fall Festival and on following days at the Library & Courtyard.
Wednesday, October 23, 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Thursday, October 24, 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm
Friday, October 25, 2:15pm – 4:30 pm
We are looking for volunteers to help with setup, tear down, and during the book fair to make the event a success. Volunteers at book fair earn a $5 certificate to spend at the book fair! Sign Up Today
Whale Walk 2024
FRIDAY, October 18
The Whale Walk fundraiser is officially underway!
Thank you to those who have already supported us—your donations help provide Cedar Wood students and staff with much-needed resources and programs.
We had such a great time during our whale walk last week – a fun, sunny time was had by all!
As of this weekend, we are still a bit short of our fundraising goal for the year, but it’s not too late to donate.
Submit donations by Friday OCTOBER 18 to have them counted towards the prize goals and don’t forget to turn in your donation sheet with your students name and teachers name (even if there are no donations to report) to be entered into the grand prize drawing!

Submissions can be submitted to bin in front office or turned into the CWE Art Teacher, Mrs Versdahl.
